The ingredients you'll need are:

390 grams of all-purpose flour

1 strip of unsalted cream

Caster sugar 75 grams

Baking powder 20 grams

1 egg

Milk 180~300 g (adjust according to your preferred moistness)

150 grams of raisins

1 egg yolk (for garnish)

Practices and Steps:

Step 1: Pour the prepared flour, sugar, baking powder and cream into a basin and mix evenly.

Step 2: Add milk, eggs and rub gently. Note: During the kneading process, slowly pour in the milk in sections.

Step 3: Confirm the humidity of the dough and flatten the dough rod with a dough stick, leaving a thickness of 2.5 cm.

Step 4: Take out a 2-inch mold and cut the dough into scone shapes.

Step 5: Place the scones on a baking tray (remember to put parchment paper) and brush the surface with egg yolk liquid. Then bake in the oven at 180°C for 15~20 minutes.

Step 5: Slice the roasted scones, add jam or cream to your liking, and you're done!
