Becoming Women's 10th Anniversary: Team Story | 10 years is a time to meet cute team mates and hear their stories about women fans.
Women fans use forms to invite partners and ask questions of them, because we're really curious - what do our team mates think of women fans? What's more, how do you see your changes?

Q: How long have you been a fan of women?
5 years and 10 months.
Q: My first encounter with a female fan took place.
I'll join the women's fanship introduced by a former colleague, and I remember that there were two completely different properties at the time, one was a well-behaved publishing company, and the other was an energetic, open, challenging start-up, which made me hesitate for two weeks.
During my hesitation, I was impressed by Shuan's talented qualities, and when I hadn't decided to join the women's fan, she made me feel important and even wanted to meet me again in person and look forward to my inclusion. The founder's behavior has planted the seeds of my love for women
And I formally joined the women's fans, in the face of each full of energy, ability is very strong, work very efficient colleagues, I told myself: I want to study harder and grow, with everyone on this stage glowing hot!
Q: What kind of change do you want to make when you join a women's fan?
Before joining women's fans, I didn't know what the specific meaning and performance of the so-called "diversity" in the workplace meant, but every day after joining women's fans, I was enjoying the happiness of "diversity and integration"! But it also means that the self itself needs to embrace, accept, and respect each "different" from the heart, rather than creating more opposition as a result of the difference in the self.
Therefore, I want to bring my own changes in attitude and behavior to the people around me, so that we can feel with me the happiness and happiness created by "diversity and integration", rather than the conflict of different positions.

Q: In women's fans, what do you see growing or changing?
I feel brave!
Women fans encourage everyone to "raise their hands" in every public meeting, a seemingly simple move, but for introverted, unexpressed me, raising your hand is as hard as a pound on me
Although today I still don't often speak in large conferences, but not because I am afraid, but because I play from the heart to identify with the corporate culture, so I also continue to pass on this culture to new partners, encourage everyone to speak up their ideas and opinions.

Q: In addition to your own changes, have you ever seen a woman fan let positive change happen at the moment/event?
Open and transparent corporate culture, the courage to face, change.
Every company has its own black hole, in the female fan I have also felt the existence of black hole, but since last year, I obviously feel that we are not afraid of the existence of black hole!
On the contrary, we use a more inclusive, more modest heart to illuminate it, the courage to face, and try to change, from the establishment of the system, the setting of goals, workflow optimization are frank and honest, direct questions, and have questions to answer.
Q: What impressed or moved you in your experience with users?
At last year's GWIS Gala with Volunteers, I was deeply moved to hear volunteers share their journey to join the activities of volunteers, and I felt proud and deeply moved to be a part of the women's fan base - because I knew we were doing the right thing and expanding our influence.
This way is actually not easy, but silently supported by the feeling, great!

Q: How long have you been a fan of women?
2 and a half years.
Q: My first encounter with a female fan took place.
In my senior summer vacation, I joined a gender-related camp, which was the first time I heard about "Women Fans" in the media; - History of Taiwan's Gay Movement and The Carer's Movement This activity, it was my first time to step into the women's paradise.
After my first year off, I often worked in the MozTW community space when I wasn't working for a while. Once just chatted with a friend that I was looking for a job, just then the female fan's partner heard, so came in!
Q: What kind of change do you want to make when you join a women's fan?
I want to create more stable systems and let other engineers have no worries when developing programs.
I also want to be able to contribute to advancing gender issues that I care about, such as transgender issues, transgender issues, and so on.

Q: In women's fans, what do you see growing or changing?
I began to learn to communicate gradually, and how to focus clearly over time, and to establish CTA, saving time communicating with each other and speeding up synchronization.
Another is the progress of information knowledge. Thanks to the leadership of senior engineer Crab, and willing to let me do a variety of different levels of experiments, to find their own interest in the face - of course, this is also thanks to the culture of women fans, in such a culture, I can safely explore more possibilities!

Truly respect and accommodate everyone but everyone and make everyone feel true love, and that warmth fills the environment.
The goal of women's fans is my ambition, and women's fans are my backing. If I met a country man today who was messing with me because of my transgender agenda, I would never have worried about being left behind by women.

Q: What kind of change do you want to make when you join a women's fan?
Originally it was supposed to be a support network for different people in society, no matter what state you are in, women fans are there, and they support you, and now they want to create a system in which life can understand how to accommodate each other.
Q: In addition to your own changes, have you ever seen a woman fan let positive change happen at the moment/event?
I think in recent years, women fans have more towards the internal and external consistent direction, from the inside out, we hope to promote the concept of "diversity and integration", starting from within the enterprise.
A small example is the willingness and form of participation in the small group event "Daily Landscape/Golden Sentence", which the company encourages to present in the form that the individual feels most comfortable with.
I think when a business achieves "internal and external consistency", there will be positive energy generation, that is, the moment of light:)
