Q: What impressed or moved you in your experience with users?

Every time I receive a reader's confession about how women's fans' words and activities can convince them of themselves and re-open the challenges of life, we feel that the time we put in is worth it!

I was in charge of EDM for a while before, and one of the readers whispered to me that I wanted to get all the series of EDMs because he wanted to keep them (I cried).

Three years ago, when I first joined the team, I was resistant to seemingly impossible goals.

And now that I'm facing the goal, I can clearly realize that my ideas are different - since this is what the team needs us to do, go and how you want to do it, you need resources, and then try to do your best!

Audrey, the former editor-in-chief of Women's Fans, once shared a line: "Aim at the moon, and even if you don't, you'll still be in the stars." Les Brown, I often use this phrase to encourage myself.

Q: What impressed or moved you in your experience with users?

It makes me feel moved, as if it were time to hear a true and authentic user story.

A while ago just with a few women using the "hand account" readers, have a good chat opportunity to listen to them describe how this work in life to accompany themselves, through all kinds of emotions and days, is really very happy one thing!

I remember one reader saying, "I'm all on this, my life is here."

Back in time, back in 2012, I met Shuan at a technical workshop.

During our presentation, we talked about our love for Taiwan and listening to Shuan's mission and vision on gender issues. At that time, I did not have a deep understanding of gender issues, but I very much agreed with the importance of this issue, and also hope to participate in issues affecting the world, join taiwan companies, contribute to my ability.

So that meeting, in my heart planted the seeds of the future to join the women's fans.

Q: In women's fans, what do you see growing or changing?

Constantly, I like to help people, and the more influence I have, the happier it makes me.

What's changed is that by learning, I can now help people more efficiently, strategically, and purposefully.

Q: In addition to your own changes, have you ever seen a woman fan let positive change happen at the moment/event?

Tsai Ing-wen, then a presidential candidate, was invited to speak at the 2015 Women's Time Lecture Hall: Taiwan in My Eyes.

Starting around 2019, Google Trend can see a significant increase in the trend for the term "femininity" and the use of "femininity" in various media to organize events and bid for articles. I believe that our efforts to operate, continuously bring important changes to society.
