From the 1,894 valid questionnaires collected by women's fans, it can be found that the five key factors that cause sadistic workplaces are 3 not 2 low: low achievement (59.3%), imbalance (49.9%), non-communication (48.7%), disrespect (44.5%), and low pay (42.1%).
Among them, "communication" is the primary solution to the problem that employees expect, and as many as 72% of the public believe that creating open and transparent communication channels is the key to improving the abusive workplace.
