Between busyness and switching, we often forget to make room for what really matters. Through the Make Space workshop, you are invited to see yourself again and put your time back to a place worth cherishing.
In today's era where time flows rapidly, we are more and more prone to distraction and fatigue, always led by the trivial matters of life.
Women's fans will launch a Make Space time design workshop with the 2026 Play with time notebook as the core. Through three themed workshops, the event led students to clarify their personal values, find what they really care about, and re-inventory and calibrate their life direction at the end of the year.
The participating students have diverse backgrounds, ranging from novices and experienced players who are new to the notebook, as well as family caregivers who have taken time out of their time. Although they came with different life issues, they all took the first step in time management: to keep time for themselves and for what they value.
This time design workshop is not only a practical time management lesson but also an in-depth exercise in self-awareness and life choices.

Year-end decluttering: Re-understanding "choice" from value and adversity
The first workshop, led by Zhang Weixuan, founder and CEO of Women's Fan, took "decluttering is a choice" as the starting point and extended the theme inward.
Weixuan pointed out that decluttering is not only material arrangement, but also the reorganization of life, and it is the study of "what to leave behind" and "what to let go". He cited Maslow's pyramid of needs to guide students to identify their own needs and the most important sources of value at present, emphasizing that adversity is often an opportunity for people to see "real needs" again.
In the quiet sound of music, the students followed Weixuan's guidance, gradually becoming aware of their priorities and finding what they truly valued.

"Decluttering" is a way of organizing your life, leaving behind what really matters.
At the heart of time management is attention management
Continuing his awareness of value, Merci, COO of Women's Fan, brings the focus to one of the most challenging topics of our time: technology and attention. He opened with the collective anxiety of the AI era, pointing out that what we really lack is not technological tools, but the "attention" that allows us to focus on important things.

How you allocate your attention will determine how you use your time and what kind of life you live.
In the practical exercise, Merci led the students to use the "Female Power Awakening Cards" for subconscious awareness, piecing together their own "time pyramid" through the process of drawing, reviewing, and screening.
Through subconscious projection cards, students can clarify the order of their inner values from the visual and intuitive levels, and then see what they truly desire, what has been ignored for a long time, and what they are overdrawn.

Make Space Checklist: Make time for what you care about
When we sort out our values and see our real needs, the next step is to make room for these needs.
Merci shared his journey from a "fill-in-the-blank life" to a "blank choice", demonstrating how to exchange for intrinsic bandwidth through practical trade-offs.
He began to reduce unnecessary socializing, let go of self-doubt, and devote more time to reading, spending time with his family, and activities that truly build energy.

Congestion creates scarcity, and white space creates bandwidth.
In the final practical exercise, Merci invites students to make a Make Space list for 2026 based on their own time pyramid. Through writing, you can truly let go of the things that occupy your attention and create a sense of scarcity, and leave your attention to your own priority values.
After a weekend afternoon, we saw students becoming aware of their energy state and relationship with time in practice. By sorting out values, being aware of attention, and rearranging energy, you can get closer to your essence.

After the event, many students stayed at the venue to communicate, nodding and understanding each other, forming a supportive atmosphere - no one needs to be perfect, and no one needs to move forward alone.
Some students said that after this activity, he began to learn to slow down and create his own life story; Some students also said that they will start to consciously leave time for themselves; Some students shared that they were almost unable to participate in the event, but they were finally able to participate as scheduled, thanking the people present for their help and warmth.
This year's Play with time notebook focuses on Make Space, hoping to invite everyone to leave precious space for the things they care about.
When we are willing to stop, clean up, and make new choices, we can let go of external noise and inner clutter, realign our lives with our true selves, and welcome the year 2026 designed for us.
