"Taiwan Women's Resource Pass" AI tool released: See the unconscious bias of "Taiwan's women's policy is equivalent to fertility policy"
Women's Fan CEO Zhang Weixuan officially released the "Taiwan Women's Power Resource Link" developed by AI at the forum, sorting out women-related policies and subsidies in major cities across Taiwan.
Zhang Weixuan pointed out, "In the process of sorting out, we found that in the current policy classification, most of the policies related to women are still limited to 'fertility'; Resources for entrepreneurship and career development are relatively scarce." This finding highlights that policymakers still have a singular imagination of "women's needs."
The "Taiwan Women's Resource Connect" aims to make government subsidy resources "accessible", help women effectively grasp resources, improve development restrictions caused by information gaps, and help women grasp life resources more effectively.

Workplace insights: 30% of Taiwanese working women are trapped in the invisible tax of "emotional labor"
Chen Yizhen, co-founder of Women's Fan, emotionally shared that "every woman deserves to be seen" and also unveiled the "2026 Taiwan Women's Workplace In-depth Insight Report" at the forum, sharing the challenges and expectations of Taiwanese women's collectives:
Discovery 1: The age of 45 is the turning point
The core of women's careers between the ages of 25 and 44 is driven by "financial security" and "family care", and after the age of 45, there is a clear shift - they begin to pursue social influence and self-worth. However, the social mechanisms to support women in this transition are still severely inadequate.
Finding 2: AI can use it, but I don't dare to believe it completely
Nearly 80% of women are already active users of AI, but 44.4% are concerned about the reliability of information and 42.9% lack systematic learning guidance. The problem is not the rejection of technology, but the lack of trustworthy guidance.
Finding 3: 33.1% of women suffer from "invisible labor"
33.1% of women take on a lot of unaccounted for invisible work in the workplace – reassuring colleagues, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a team atmosphere – which are becoming a major cause of burnout in the workplace.
