First, break down your life into several categories, and then extend those categories up until you have a detailed chart of your life.

Next, use one thing to describe your life now, such as a circle, or a beehive (in the case of Birsel, she used the scuba diving with the water lung).

In this design, we can use a number of ways to help migrate the present view, to a new point of view, to solve the problem.

Most people intuitively do this: like turning negative ideas into positive ideas (limiting to opportunities/constraints into opportunities); applying knowledge in one domain to other things (empathize); taking two things together to obtain a solution (empathize resolution); or because of some events in life, such as 911 attacks, babies' birth, and so on, with a new view of cataalyst events.

You can now design your own life yourself. It's a few simple words to describe it, and a few little illustrations to represent it.You used three different ways to express your life design: charts, text narratives and picture graphs, each of which tells you what your dream life is and what it's like to live in real life.

Finally, you can choose to put this design into an envelope, and then open it in one or two years to see if it's closer or different from your life at that time.Or you can use your favorite lifestyle as standard, from today onwards. (Recommended reading: split for interesting life
